                    <p>There are NO Refunds allowed after an order has been shipped and while it is in transit. However, once an order has been received by the buyer, refund requests can be made under the following conditions:

Due to health and safety regulations, any product returned with the seal broken can not be accepted and will not be refunded in any way.                     <p>Requests made over the phone without a valid RMA number will not be considered or granted.

                    <p>All returns are subject to a 15% non-negotiable restocking fee.
